2021 Summer Dance Intensive Scholarship Form

The information requested is used to determine financial need. THe scholarship for the 2021 Summer Intensive is intended to be primarily need based. You must either provide the income and expense information listed below OR you must provide a statement of family/student need (or both). The more detailed information you provide, the better we will be able to assess whether you qualify for a scholarship. Final qualifications will be decided by Laguna Dance Festival in its sole discretion based upon the applications we receive.
